Presently, the President for Bhutan Archery Federation is Dasho Ugyen Rinzin, who comes as businessman being Founder and Chairman of Yangphel Private Limited. The Yangphel Private Limited among its many subsidiaries has archery dealership. Yangphel and Dasho Ugyen is also known for starting innovative tournament – the Yangphel Open Archery Tournament, which has become a milestone in evolution of archery in Bhutan.
As part of BAF Grassroots program, the school sports resources are given basic archery coaching course during the winter vacation to enable start of archery program in schools
